Software Maintenance Agreements

SoftWright provides two levels of software maintenance. When you purchase a license to use any of SoftWright's products, you are licensed to use the version and release that is current when you make the purchase. Good software is always in an evolutionary process. No software has ever reached full perfection in the eyes of its users or its developers. The diligent maintenance of software development is critical in order to satisfy the changing needs of the rf community, changing technology and the variety of emerging operating systems. For that reason, we offer the following options from which you may decide what is best for your particular situation. The maintenance releases are provided to all users at no additional cost. This permits you to download all bug fixes. The Software Annual Maintenance Subscription replaces our historic annual upgrade costs. With this, you receive the enhancements that have been added since the initial purchase of the software license as well as all upcoming enhancements for the next year. Enhancements and improvements in the software will be immediately released into use as they complete beta testing, rather than being held back pending the release of the next year's upgrade. This means you will see not only the development changes since the last major version release, but will benefit from the advances throughout the year, rather than wait until we have sufficient enhancements added to then specify a version change.

Software Annual Maintenance Subscription (one year from date of purchase, renewable) 20% current purchase price
· Maintenance releases available for download (bug fixes only)
· Minor software enhancements during the term of subscription
· All major version upgrades that occur during the term of subscription
· Automatic receipt of several updated CDs with current release and version of software
· Included with the cost of the Software Annual Maintenance Subscription is two hours of product support to be used within the twelve months from your subscription starting or renewal date. Additional hours, if needed are available at a discounted hourly rate.
· Existing customers will be upgraded to the current release version of the software upon purchase of the Software Maintenance Subscription.
